Attorney Profile

Patrick Curnalia is a Colorado Attorney and founding member of Curnalia Law, LLC.  Mr. Curnalia earned his B.S. degree in Sociology/Business Administration and Master of Public Administration from Central Michigan University.  After moving to Colorado, Mr. Curnalia earned his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver.  Before forming Curnalia Law, LLC, Mr. Curnalia worked with several Denver-area law firms, concentrating in the areas of estate, tax and business planning.

Mr. Curnalia has worked with a range of individual and business clients on a variety of issues including estate plans for individuals with net worth in excess of $40 million, succession planning for closely-held national companies, and development of company-sponsored health care plans to comply with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. 

In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Curnalia is a real estate investor with significant experience in the short-term rental industry. When not working, Mr. Curnalia enjoys spending time with his family and two children, Henry and Eloise, playing soccer and golf.
